March 1994¡¡special power supply Equipment Factory of Wuxi County was renamed as¡±Special Power Supply Equipment Factory of Xishan city¡±. December 1996¡¡Klystron focusing device was successfully developed for the 384Radar of NO.38 Research Institute of the Ministry of Electronic Industry.The device,which was used to be in place of imported products,passed provincial appraisal and was awarded ¡°National Lecel New Key Product¡±in the year. December 1996¡¡Entire complete of products of transformers was smoothly delivered ,for the ¡°Yuan Wang¡±Surveying Ship,which was a national Key project. October1997¡¡The operation mechanism of the factory was converted from a township collective enterprise to privately owned enterprise. October1997¡¡The factory was namedas ¡°Hith-tech enterpris in Jiangsu¡±. August 1998¡¡ The factory was apppointed as a memmber of ¡°Wuxi enterprise od keeping conteractsand promise¡±.
Decembre 1999 The factory was awarded ¡°Xishan City Sci-tech Improvement¡¡Enterprise¡±. Septembre 2000¡¡The 15th anniversary of the factory and the meeting of 14th¡¡boardof directorse¡±. May 2000¡¡¡¡The first Party branch in enterprises in the town was set up and the first trade union was established in the same year. September 2000¡¡The factory passed ISO9002 intermational quality management system attestation. December 2001¡¡ The factory was awarded ¡°Wuxi City Sci-tech Improvement¡¡Enterprise¡±. March 2002¡¡Approved by the Board of Directors,the new-term leading team of the factory was formed. April 2002¡¡¡°xishan Special Power Supply Equipment Factory¡±was renamed as ¡°Wuxi Special Power Supply Equipment Factory¡±. August 2002¡¡Passed examination by leaders of 14th Research Institute andmilitary representatives from various troops. September 2002¡¡Passed ISO9001-1994 international quality management system attestation. January 2003¡¡The factory was assessed as ¡°Honest Enterprise¡±by Xishan District and ¡°Trustworthy Enterprise¡±by Wuxi City. March 2003¡¡ ¡°Wuxi safety and Civilization¡±was awarded by the Wuxi Society Security Comprehensive Administrative Committee. End of 2003¡¡ The factory was awarded ¡°Advanced Party Organization¡±by Gangxia Town. April 2005¡¡The factory celebrated in advance the ¡°20th Anniversary for Setup of Electrical Power Factory¡±.
September 2005 The factory passrd the examinnation by NO.804 Research Institute(military)of Shanghai Aerospace Bereau. October 2005¡¡ISO9001-2000 international quality management system certification was passed. December 2005¡¡Investment was made to build 8000m2 of standard factory buildingin the Sci-tech Business-establishing Park(near the¡¡new Wuxi~Zhangjiagang Way)of Donggang Town Development Zone.Also,Wuxi SHN Electrical Co.,Ltd.was established,with the registered trademark¡±SHN¡±applied for.Thus a good foundation was made for sustainable development of the enterprise. Beginning of 2006¡¡ The senior management decides that the period of 2006~2026 was made target for second 20-year development and the year 2006 was regarded as the preliminary stage for the said period,and the whole staff should work hard with enthusiasm and high-degree of sense of responsibility,for the new development period.All people felt a bright future ahead. April 2006¡¡The factory carried out activity of ¡°To nuild a image for Electrical Power Factory ,to form an energy-saving enterprise,to create a harmonious factory¡±. September 2006¡¡The factory joined the design and production of 14**-a national military Key project¡¡by NO.14 Institute.The product of this project were successfully put into use.Experts of NO.14 Institute commented that the success of the product made an a ctive contribution to the national defense of our country! December 2006¡¡The factory was awarded ¡°Wuxi AAALevel contract-Keeping&Trustworthy Enterprise¡±by the People¡¯s Govemment of Wuxi City. October 2007¡¡After the entire managerial personnel studied systematically for half a year,the factory officially adopted and carried out ¡°6S Production-Site Managerial Mode¡±. December 2007 The factory was awarded¡±Wuxi Labor Assurance Good-Faith OrganiZation¡±. January 2008¡¡The factory was awarded ¡°Enterprise¡¯s Party Organization,Both Good and Strong¡±by the Organizing Dept of Xishan District CPC Party Committee. July 2008¡¡The factory made asset reorganization and integration.All assets of ¡°Wuxi Special Electrical Power Rquipment Factory¡± were integrated into ¡°Wuxi SHN Electrice Co.,Ltd.¡±.The image,overall strength and core competitiveness of the en terprise has since been further strengthened.The enterprise made its new development strategy.¡±First Class Enterprise and Hundred ¨CYear SHN¡± would be the eternal pursuit Target of SHN Electrics!The enterprise,with the concept of ¡°Promising,grateful and harmonious¡±, would bravely stride forward with its strong enthusiasm and social sense of responsibility!
